My captured signature looks faint or thin
Open the signature, choose Refine Again, then raise Ink Strength and Thicken. For the best capture use a dark pen on plain paper, fill the guide frame, and avoid your hand's shadow.
How do I use my signature in email, Word or Keynote?
Open the signature and tap Export PNG or Copy. The background is transparent, so it sits cleanly on any page. Use Export SVG when you need a vector that never blurs.
Can a signed PDF be edited afterwards?
No. Exporting flattens your signature, text and form entries into the page content. They can't be moved, resized or lifted out.
Where are my signatures stored?
On your device. With iCloud Sync on, also in your private iCloud. They are never sent to us. See the Privacy Policy.
I bought the unlock but it's locked on my other device
Go to Settings → Restore Purchase while signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I sign from Shortcuts?
In the Shortcuts app add the Sign Document action from PenSign, pass it a PDF, and choose the signature, pages and position. It returns a flattened, signed PDF.
